We started in 2007 as a small electrical contractor in Epsom. Today we're a team of over 50 engineers looking after pubs, restaurants, hotels, cinemas and retail businesses across London, Surrey and the Home Counties.
Our clients run busy venues where a fault can mean lost trade, so repairs need to be fixed first time. Mitchells & Butlers has named us their Electrical Contractor of the Year in 2019 and 2026, and their Contractor of the Year in 2022 and 2023.
We've kept the same approach we started with. We turn up when we say we will, we finish the job to a high standard, and we're easy to deal with.

Our team includes NICEIC electricians, certified fire safety engineers, HVAC technicians and multi-skilled maintenance engineers. Whatever the job, we've got someone who knows it inside out.

We guarantee our work for five years. If something's not right, we come back and fix it.
24/7 call-outs
A person answers the phone day and night, 365 days a year. Our vans are fully stocked so we can fix most jobs on the first visit.
Planned & reactive maintenance
You might need a regular maintenance schedule, or you might need a same-day repair. We handle both. Most of our clients have us on contract for planned work and call us for the unexpected too.
Everything under one roof
One contractor and one phone call covers electrical, fire, security, HVAC and building maintenance, so you're never chasing multiple trades.
We get to know your property
We take time to understand what you need. That could be a one-off repair or an ongoing maintenance contract. Either way, we'll sort it.
Our People
We've got over 50 engineers, electricians and technicians covering London, Surrey and the Home Counties. Most have been with us for years. They know our clients, they know the sites, and they work independently.
Back at HQ, our office team handles the calls, books the jobs and coordinates the emergency call-outs. They know our regular clients by name and they make sure the right engineer gets to you at the right time.
Everyone holds the qualifications their trade requires. NICEIC for electrical work, BAFE for fire safety, and F-Gas for refrigeration and air conditioning. We pay for ongoing training so the team stays current with building regulations and compliance.
