Medlec Group has been delivering facilities maintenance across London and the Home Counties since 2007 - electrical, fire safety, HVAC, security and building maintenance for some well-known commercial clients. We're a close-knit team and we're looking for someone to join us in a central coordination role.
Day to day, you'll be the link between our clients and our field engineers, making sure reactive maintenance jobs are picked up quickly, the right people are dispatched, and clients are kept in the loop. It's varied, it keeps you on your toes, and no two days look the same.
What you'll be doing:
Managing incoming maintenance requests and keeping jobs moving
Scheduling engineers and helping them prioritise their day
Keeping clients updated - they appreciate knowing what's happening
Making sure everything's properly logged and closed out
Staying calm when things get busy (they do, occasionally)
What we're looking for:
Someone organised and good at juggling priorities
A clear, friendly communicator, our clients and engineers will rely on you
Any background in facilities, maintenance or operational coordination is a bonus
Someone who takes ownership and doesn't let things drift
